Reservation Policies:
Rates are single or double occupancy; there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per night for each additional person over the age of 18 years. One night room and tax deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee arrivals after 6:00 p.m. Cancellation with a refund is accepted before 4:00 PM on the day prior to arrival date. Note that unless the reservation is guaranteed, the room may be released by the hotel after 4:00pm.
A limited number of dog or cat friendly-rooms are available at a charge of $ 15.00 per night or $25.00 per stay, for a maximum of two animals per room. Sorry, no other pets can be accommodated. Only pet-guests are permitted in Hotel common areas. Reservations for pets are required.
Best Western Chemainus Festival Inn is pleased to inform you that we are a 100% NON-SMOKING establishment. Smoking is permitted outside and on balconies. However, guests need to close the balcony door to avoid a $500.00 housekeeping charge for smoking in/around guest rooms.
Check‑in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless a late check-out is pre-arranged, a fee may apply after check‑out time.
